(Poll) Put In His Place Sequel - Fixed

I didn't intend to write a sequel, but a lot of people asked for one and gave some decent ideas. No promises on when it'd release, but wanted to run a poll on where people would want the story to go. The main plot is that John's cum is too thin to knock up Brooke and these are the directions I've been contemplating:

Story Direction

• Emily has to do knock up Brooke for him
• John is put in chastity
• Both options 1 and 2
• John becomes a girl and Brooke grows a cock
